1. Service Description

FleetSpire provides a Transportation Management System (TMS), communication tools, billing systems, and operational management software.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining secure login credentials
• Ensuring lawful use of communication tools
• Compliance with recording laws in your jurisdiction

3. Acceptable Use

Users may not:

• Use the system for illegal activities
• Abuse communication services
• Circumvent billing
• Attempt unauthorized access

4. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed per selected plan. Usage-based services (calls, SMS) may incur additional charges.

Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

5. Communication Recording

Where enabled:

• Users must comply with applicable recording consent laws.
• FleetSpire is not responsible for misuse of recording features.

6. Limitation of Liability

FleetSpire is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for:

• Violation of terms
• Non-payment
• Security risk
